Goggle Training Video

The coaches ask that all swimmers young and old become familiar with
their goggle adjustments BEFORE practices start. Feel free to ask
Personal Best Swim Shop questions at the open house Saturday or you
can practice in the bathtub at home! The attached video can help new
families learn how goggles work.
