Hello to all new and returning Gators!

In just a few short weeks the Gators will begin our pre-season training! Here are a couple of updates for you.

Tonight – Tuesday April 29th we will have a team suit sizing kit available at Plymouth Swim Club from 6-8PM. Swimmers are welcome to try on different sizes to determine the best fit if they are interested in ordering a team suit this year. If you're ready to purchase a suit (optional) you can click here to visit our team page at Toad Hollow.  If you can't make it, don't worry -- you can visit the Toad Hollow store in Berwyn, in person, where the staff can assist with sizing and purchasing. This information will also be available at PSC tonight.

The Gators spirit-wear store is open now through May 12th to guarantee delivery before the start of the season. Click here to see what is offered this year. There is no obligation to purchase. (We will also be holding our annual tie-dye event in June).

Don’t forget to stop by Plymouth Swim Club for the Spring Festival on Sunday May 18th from 10am-2pm. Local vendors will display crafts, personal care items, food creations, and more. Please come out to enjoy the day, this is an important fundraiser for the swim club. (Pools will not be open for swimming). Swim Team volunteers are needed to make & sell sno-cones and help with other activities around the event. To sign up to help as a volunteer, visit our webpage.

The first practices will be after Memorial Day and will be indoors at PW High school since the water is still very cold outdoors. For the full schedule, see the website.

• Tuesday May 27 (PWHS)
  • 6:15 PM-7:15 PM is for swimmers new to swimming or new to Gators. New swimmers will meet coaches and be evaluated for group assignments. Welcome is from 6:15-6:30pm. At 6:30 Coach Dave will meet with new parents in the balcony while the other coaches hold warmup. Swimmers will be finished between. 7:00-7:30 pm depending on how many attend.
  • 7:15-8:30 is for returning swimmers.
• Wednesday May 28 (PWHS) all swimmers are welcomed back to pre-season practice. Developmental from 6:15 to 7:00 pm. Intermediate & Advanced from 7:00 to 8:30pm.

PSC is still hiring lifeguards. If you or your teen swimmer are lifeguard-certified, or interested in becoming certified and working for the club, they would get a free staff membership to the club and swim team. Contact the club if interested in working this summer.
